These personalized Stainless Steel/ Silicone slide-on pet tags work on collars from 1/4 to 1 1/2 inch wide. They work with our extra small, small, medium, large, and extra large collars. They also work with our car seatbelts.
Each purchase comes with free engraving on the front of the tag. 
How to personalize
1. Please select from Bold Regular or Narrow fonts. 
2. If you would like to add the medical symbol added beside your text please specify so.
3. Choose which size you would like.
4. In your personalization please word it like the following example: "Line 1 is Pepper. Line 2 is Microchipped. Line 3 is 623- 555-5555"
